The are many names of the enemy. The Devil. Satan. Lucifer. The Slanderer. The Deceiver. The Tempter. The Father of Lies. Prince of Darkness. Adversary. Morning Star. The Serpent. The Dragon. The Beast. The Anti-Christ. Old Nick. Beelzebub. Apollyon or Abaddon. Mammon. Legion. Azazel. Moloch. Baphomet. The Evil One. Day-Star. Son of the Morning. The Anointed Cherub. Ruler of Demons. Liar. Prince of the World. Angel of Light. Accuser of God’s People. The descriptive names of Satan have deep, historical meaning and in this age it is so important to know the enemy and his tactics so that you aren’t sucked in to his crafty schemes. Already he has maneuvered his way into every corner of culture and society, including the church. Yeshua and His disciples warned of this and now is the time to sanctify your faith. Test it. Discover what and who you are truly worshipping and slay anything that is not of Yeshua, The Father, and Holy Spirit.
There is an article ” The Occult Connection of Popular Religions” by David J. Stewart posted in February 2015 which has some very insightful truth regarding the satanic infiltration of secular society and religion. Some of this uncovering is difficult to digest and acknowledge but it is truly necessary to do so as the Bride of Messiah.
The best way to gain wisdom is through reading scripture, knowing Yeshua and the Father intimately, and allowing Holy Spirit to guide us to paths of holiness and righteous living.
Please read through these scriptures. Meditate on them and pray for wisdom as you begin to purge things from your life. In the past few years God has revealed much to me about my own life and where I needed to begin letting go of the things that were not of Him. It is is because of His loving kindness that my own faith has undergone a huge transformation and my eyes are now starting to see clearly. It is an ongoing journey but He is faithful to deliver us from the darkness. Seek Him with your entire being. Maranatha!

1 Corinthians 15:1-4: Now I make known to you, brothers and sisters, the gospel which I preached to you, which you also received, in which you also stand, by which you also are saved, if you hold firmly to the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain. For I handed down to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,
Mark 7:6-8: But He said to them, “Rightly did Isaiah prophesy about you hypocrites, as it is written:

Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’
Neglecting the commandment of God, you hold to the tradition of men.”

2 Corinthians 11:13-14: For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.
2 Timothy 4:3: For the time will come when they will not tolerate sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance with their own desires…

Isaiah 14:12-16: How you have fallen from heaven, You star of the morning, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the earth, You who defeated the nations! But you said in your heart, ‘I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God, and I will sit on the mount of assembly in the recesses of the north. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.’ Nevertheless you will be brought down to Sheol, to the recesses of the pit. Those who see you will stare at you, they will closely examine you, saying, ‘Is this the man who made the earth tremble, who shook kingdoms…
John 3:16-18: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but so that the world might be saved through Him. The one who believes in Him is not judged; the one who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God…”
Daniel 3:5-7: …that at the moment you hear the sound of the horn, flute, lyre, trigon, psaltery, bagpipe, and all kinds of musical instruments, you are to fall down and worship the golden statue that Nebuchadnezzar the king has set up. But whoever does not fall down and worship shall immediately be thrown into the middle of a furnace of blazing fire.” Therefore as soon as all the peoples heard the sound of the horn, flute, lyre, trigon, psaltery, bagpipe, and all kinds of musical instruments, all the peoples, nations, and populations of all languages fell down and worshiped the golden statue that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.
2 Peter 3:9: The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not willing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance.
Revelation 13:15: The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not willing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance.
A prayer for today. Father God, I pray that You forgive me of any alignment I have entered into with the enemy. Redirect my heart to align with You alone. Lead me to paths of righteousness and help me to walk in Your ways. In Yeshua’s name, Amen!
